Hey! I'm Symone Mixon, M.Ed., IFA-E®, ECFS-E®

I am the Founder of Symagical, L.L.C. I serve as a vendor for the Alabama Intervention System, which provides Special Instruction and Family Training Services. I hold a Master of Education, a Bachelor of Science in Childhood Development, and an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. Additionally, I have a graduate certificate in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Counseling.

First Five Alabama endorses me as an Infant Family Associate and Childhood Family Specialist with an endorsed Reflective Supervisor. I also serve as a CDA Professional Development Specialist for Family Child Care and infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Furthermore, I am a CLASS-certified observer and trainer for infants and toddlers and a CLASS-certified observer for Pre-K.

With over twenty years of experience, I have held various roles in the early childhood field.

I believe that effective connections improve the lives of children and adults at risk of experiencing poor outcomes. I am on a mission to educate, empower, and inspire children and adults toward greater autonomy and lifelong success by fostering partnerships and facilitating direct education and support services to promote healthy family functioning. This is where it can make the most significant difference.
